Virtual Venue Design Ltd. processes direct personal information about you for contacting purposes.
a) These data includes Name, E-mail Address, Phone Number
We also process indirect personal information about you for analytical purposes

3. For what purposes do we process your data?
At Virtual Venue Design Ltd. we process the information you provide us with for the following purposes:
a) To send information directly to you related to our services or to previously happened contacts.
b) To provide help our clients, to improve and protect our services.
c) To register your email to so you receive the newsletter we regularly send to our clients, but only in the event that you have requested for that purpose.
d) For management purposes, in this case, of our contractual relationship, including the processing of the contract, management of invoices and payments, monitoring of payments if they have not been made effective on the agreed date and to promote client loyalty.

4. How long will we store your data?
Your data will be stored:

c) For subscribers to newsletters, after 3 months, except in the case of unsubscription, mail data will be partially deleted (disassociation), for statistical monitoring.
5. What is legal basis for the processing of your data?
Depending on the type of business relationship and/or link with us, the legal basis for processing your personal data may be:
a) Your consent, given at the time of voluntarily providing your data in our forms and accepting the processing of personal data where its stated (e.g. Cookie Warning, Contact Us Form, E-mail Disclaimer)

a) No personal data will be disclosed with any third parties. They are solely processed internally at Virtual Venue Design Ltd. However please note that we reserve the right to disclose personal data if required by courts or administrative agencies and to the extent required to permit us to investigate suspected fraud, harassment or other violations of any law, rule or regulation, the site policies, or the rights of third parties or to investigate any suspected conduct which we deem improper.
b) When Virtual Venue Design Ltd. offers you a service through a third-party provider, your data will be communicated to this company, with strict obligation to confidentiality and after the formalisation of the corresponding contract for the provision of services between the Processing Manager (Virtual Venue Design Ltd.) and the Processing Manger (supplier company)
c) For subscribers to our newsletter data will not be transferred, they will be processed by a third company (MailChimp)which manages the newsletter.
Virtual Venue Design Ltd. guarantees under no circumstances to sell, offer and/or market with the data of its clients.
7. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Everyone has the right to obtain clear and understandable information regarding whether their personal data is being processed by Virtual Venue Design Ltd.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purpose they were provided for, as well to withdraw the consent granted. The exercise of opposition to the processing of their data for the sending of advertising information by electronic means.
